As an Applied AI Software Engineer (Web), you will build user-centric web applications and banking solutions while utilizing AI-driven tools and agentic workflows to accelerate code delivery, testing, and system integrations. /p h3Meet the job /h3 ul libAI-Enabled Web Delivery: /b Actively leverage AI coding assistants, LLM workflows, and automated tooling to accelerate feature development across UI, backend services, and APIs. /li libEnd-to-End Ownership: /b Deliver production-ready features for the Backbase Digital Banking and Wealth platforms—from Angular frontend components to backend microservice integrations. /li libModern Web Engineering: /b Write clean, testable, and maintainable TypeScript/Angular code utilizing Nx, RxJS, and the Backbase Design System. /li libQuality Performance: /b Design testable components, run unit/integration test suites, and uphold strict web accessibility (a11y), security, and performance standards. /li libAgile Collaboration: /b Work autonomously within a cross-functional Scrum squad (UX, QA, Product Managers) to ship rapid product increments. /li /ul h3How about you /h3 ul libExperience: /b Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern web technologies. /li libAI Exposure: /b Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM-driven testing or refactoring workflows).
