This role involves developing detailed designs, managing interfaces, and ensuring robustness through analysis and optimization. It requires close collaboration across disciplines to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions aligned with technical and quality standardsKeyResponsibilities- Design & Review System Elements/ Components / Sub Assemblies- Contribute to the DfSR process (P-Diagram, Interface Diagram, Interface matrix / Architecture View, DFMEA, FTA)- Define Components / Sub-Assemblies Mission Profile- Perform DFMEA Mitigation actions, Design Optimization & Tolerance stack-up-Manage simulation.- Manage Variants, Versions, Baselines of the prototypes at the data and physical level- Create,modify, andvalidate the Definition File (including BOM,drawingsand materialselection)of parts and sub-assembliesin accordance withtechnical specifications,drawing rules,customer expectations,manufacturabilityand supply chain constraints(including costtarget)- Writeparts and sub-assemblariesVerification Test Planandmanage its execution- Release Definition file for ProductionQualificationsMust have- Specialized technical expertise in electro-mechanical design and product development.- Experience designing and improving products, components, and sub-assemblies.- Knowledge of design and risk methodologies such as DFMEA, FTA, tolerance stack-up, and interface analysis.- Experience managing technical definition files, including BOMs, drawings, materials, variants, versions,
