"Supply Chain Quality Management" plays a decisive role here and is much more than an aviation law requirement to ensure compliance with quality requirements by our suppliers: in order to offer our customers the highest quality and provide excellent on‑time service, we also demand this from our supply chain. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as interface with suppliers for operational activities /li liAssess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision /li liManage and contribute to supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for on‑time, on‑quality (and on‑cost when applicable) performance /li liManage supplier quality approval, ensuring that suppliers are compliant with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders /li liMonitor or support new product introduction, ToW, changes, to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase /li liAssess supplier capacity, capability and performance and contribute to supplier development /li liIdentify industrial risks and propose mitigation actions; work out short‑term recovery plans /li liInitiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects /li liReport on supplier operational performance /li liApply current tools to manage all activities related to supplier management /li /ul h3Interfaces /h3 ul liSupplier (multiple functions possibly critical sub‑tiers) /li liProcurement (CM, PSM, SDM, SO, SCQM, SCQS, TCL…) /li liProgramme lines, Engineering, Production,
