ppThe Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain operations in Spain. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDevelop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. /li liNegotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers. /li liMonitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. /li liConduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement. /li liIdentify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations. /li liDrive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality. /li liStay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management. /li liPrepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.



/li liEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. /li liMinimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment. /li liProven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.
