ppGuardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Production Shift Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Tudela, Navarra (Spain). /p pAs a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for developing your team into a high performing unit while advancing our vision and culture. You will do this by recognizing the unique skillset of your team members and aligning them in a way that creates personal fulfillment and value for the company. /p pThe Production Supervisor is also responsible for supervising and coordinating production efforts that result in sustained improvement in all associated work processes including Environmental Health Safety (EHS), compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs. /p pIf you are looking to challenge yourself and your team in a dynamic manufacturing environment, Guardian is the place for you! /p pThis role works a rotating 4 shift pattern. /p h3Our Team /h3 pYou will join a team of diverse supervisors and process engineers that collaborate on a daily basis strategizing our priorities for the day. The Production Supervisors encourage a one team on the field mentality, paying particular attention to their direct reports and general attention the workforce. This unified but dynamic team encourage the challenge process, open and honest communication and expects leadership support and feedback. /p pYou will be part of the Coater Line Team, working closely with the Operations and Engineering teams. Our division is dedicated to maintaining high standards of production efficiency and quality while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.



/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLeading an operational team (5 employees) in a safe and efficient manner and taking ownership of vision advancement, safety, quality, and productivity. /li liBuilding the high-performing team by understanding your direct reports' individual capabilities and utilizing them as a whole. Working with the team to create personalized development plans, deliver meaningful coaching and be involved in selecting and retaining the right people. /li liDriving safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards. Providing safety training to crew members and delivering training materials in a meaningful approach. /li liFacilitating team development and communication, employee skill development, problem solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership and holding employees accountable. /li liMonitoring product quality and providing direction to crew members to maximize efficiency. /li liPromoting employee involvement, providing coaching, feedback and direction as required. /li liAssisting with troubleshooting production issues. /li liCompleting data entry responsibilities and generating reports in a timely and efficient manner.
