They keep our technological ecosystem secure and running smoothly. /ppThe IAM team ensures that the right people have the right access at the right time, safeguarding our systems, applications, and infrastructure. /ph3The Opportunity /h3ulliIdentity Access Operations - Manage the full identity lifecycle across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and on-prem AD; administer app access, roles, RBAC, MFA, directory sync, and resolve complex IAM incidents. /liliAutomation Optimization - Streamline workflows and reduce MTTR through PowerShell, Power Automate, and proactive monitoring of identity health and access activities. /liliDocumentation Reporting - Produce audit-ready runbooks, SOPs, and technical guides; build actionable Power BI dashboards to support audits and compliance. /liliCollaboration Governance - Partner with IT teams to accelerate issue resolution, uphold security KPIs, flag risks early,
