You will lead commissioning, programming, and optimization in real industrial plants, ensuring measurable and stable production performance. Your work directly shapes system reliability and future technical standards. As we grow, the performance benchmarks you establish will become the foundation for scaling our robotics platform globally. /p h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liHigher Vocational Training or Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Software, or related fields. /li liStrong knowledge of robot programming, PLCs, or industrial control systems. /li liExperience in robotics integration, commissioning, or industrial automation. /li liAbility to perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis. /li liFluent Spanish and willingness to travel frequently (driving license required). /li liNice to have: experience with industrial vision systems, performance data analysis, or robot simulation tools.
