ppJoining our Property Network Development Team in Madrid, you will be in charge of operational management of retail maintenance activities across Spain and Portugal – approximately 220 stores. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pAs a Maintenance Specialist, you will take full ownership of maintenance operations in Iberia, ensuring service continuity, supplier performance and cost control, while supporting the department’s evolution toward a more structured and governance-driven operating model. /p h3Your main missions will be as follows /h3 ul liTake full ownership of corrective and preventive maintenance across Iberia. /li liManage HVAC systems and seasonal risk mitigation (especially summer peak periods). /li liAct as escalation point for critical incidents (store downtime, safety issues, major technical failures). /li liManage maintenance budget within the annual framework defined by the department. /li liMonitor costs by category and supplier, validating quotations and interventions. /li liManage and monitor supplier performance based on SLA, KPIs, service quality. /li liIdentify operational risks and implement corrective actions. /li liSupport implementation of the new ticketing system and structured reporting model.
