As Cost Manager you will lead cost control and budgeting for projects in Madrid or Barcelona, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and planning standards. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate cost estimates, monitor contractor performance, and advise on contractual matters. You’ll focus on risk identification, post-contract cost control, and transparent financial reporting to support sustainable project outcomes. This role offers a chance to shape project economics across industrial, residential, and tertiary assets within a general firm.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Perform technical due diligence and review installation projects for compliance and asset condition
• Prepare pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
• Advise on contractual matters and prepare tender documentation and evaluation




• Validate contractor estimates and monitor cost alignment with forecasts
• Identify and respond to potential risks and monitor contractor performance
• Manage change orders, claims, and variations; drive cost control and progress reporting
• Post-contract administration including valuation of progress payments and cost reporting

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 6 years in cost management or similar
• University degree in Construction Management xqbhyrx or Architecture; Mu0026E engineers welcomed
• Experience in data centers/MEP and hospitality preferred
• Proven ability to manage project cost, scope, schedule, and resources
• Strong MS Office and MS Project knowledge
• Client-facing, well-organized, self-motivated with leadership and teamwork skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of contracts and construction law
