ph3What You'll Do: /h3 pWe are looking for an involved and energetic Intern to join Criteo and support our Local People Operations France Team. /p pYou will work within the People Operation team based in Barcelona. The People Operations Intern will be providing first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in France. /p pYour mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on essential HR administrative tasks. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport the team regarding the management of the onboarding process for new hires across Criteo offices in France /li liPreparation of employment contracts and management of employee files /li liUpdate HR data within our HR system /li liManagement of day-to-day human resources matters such as: ul liVarious types of leave (Annual Leave, Sick Leave) /li liPreparation of letters and certificates for employees /li liQuestions and management of benefit enrollments /li liFollow-up and scheduling of occupational medical exams /li liCases management through our ticketing tool /li liProper handling of employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation using our ticketing tool /li /ul /li liWork in true partnership with other People Operation colleagues, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT/Workplace /li liDrive consistency and efficiency for core People related processes /li liDatabase policy reviews and continuous improvement of our knowledge base articles /li /ul h3Who You Are: /h3 pThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: /p ul liStrong organization skills and adaptability /li liAttention to detail /li liHigh level of English, French mandatory (management of employment contracts for our new hires in Paris office)
