ppThe Medical Education Lead (Sports Medicine) for Iberia is responsible for leading strategic medical education initiatives and KOL engagement activities across Spain and Portugal. This role focuses on developing impactful professional education programs that support clinical excellence, product adoption, customer engagement, and long-term business growth. /ppThe individual will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, and EEMEA stakeholders to design and execute high-value educational strategies, strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, and support product launch initiatives through targeted scientific and clinical engagement. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate market and customer insights into effective educational and engagement plans aligned with regional business priorities. /ppbWhat You Will Do: /b /pulliKnow the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors. /liliLead development of educational and promotional content in collaboration with HCPs and cross-functional stakeholders /liliOwn program development usingthe guidancefrom others /liliCollaboratewith key stakeholders, close cross functional collaboration with broader Medical Education/ product marketing/SE, etc. /liliBuild and manage strategic KOL relationships across Iberia /liliCoordinate faculty engagement and speaker development /liliLead educational delivery for all product launch activities, sales promotion, marketing initiatives and physician/nurse and field sale training /liliProvide field supportonall product promotions and field incentive programs specific to product line.
