ondersteuning via verschillende digitale kanalen (chat, telefoon,

op te lossen. Uw verantwoordelijkheden: Het bieden van eerstelijns
technische ondersteuning en advies aan Nederlandstalige klanten en
gebruikers. Het snel en accuraat identificeren en oplossen van
problemen met betrekking tot productfunctionaliteit, software en
connectiviteit. Het documenteren van alle interacties en
oplossingen in ons CRM-systeem. Het proactief identificeren van
trends in klantvragen om het product en de service te verbeteren.
