Working at the earliest stages of development through to project delivery, you will have significant influence over land acquisition support, infrastructure planning, urbanisation works, and the construction of hyperscale data center facilities. /p pThe position offers long-term project exposure, the chance to work alongside leading consultants, contractors, and technical specialists, and the opportunity to contribute to some of the most strategically important data center developments in Southern Europe. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the organisation during land acquisition and development assessment activities /li liManage administrative and regulatory processes required to achieve development-ready land status /li liOversee the execution of preliminary works and enabling infrastructure packages /li liLead the delivery of urbanisation, civil works, and building construction activities /li liCoordinate external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, designers,



and technical advisors /li liSupport the preparation, negotiation, and administration of project contracts /li liManage project certifications, approvals, and associated documentation /li liMonitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones /li liEnsure compliance with technical, regulatory, quality, and health safety requirements /li liProvide regular reporting to senior leadership on project progress and performance /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong leadership experience delivering complex civil engineering or construction projects /li liProven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders /li liExcellent knowledge of planning, permitting, and development processes /li liStrong commercial awareness and contract management capabilities /li liExperience coordinating large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical developments /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline /li li10+ years of experience in civil engineering /li liExperience managing major development, infrastructure, or construction projects /li liPrevious involvement in urban development schemes and compensation board processes would be highly advantageous /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
