The role is based in Bucharest, Romania, supporting the general Eurofins Network and collaborating with stakeholders across Central Services, Regional Infrastructure, and laboratories worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, plan, and execute global projects focused on Business Continuity and IT Resilience. /li liLead comprehensive continuity and resilience assessments across the organization, identifying and mitigating IT‑related risks. /li liDevelop and improve methodologies for business continuity planning, resilience frameworks, and IT risk assessments. /li liFollow up on the implementation of continuity and risk mitigation action plans across departments. /li liMaintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and IT teams globally. /li liCommunicate findings and recommendations through clear, high‑quality technical and non‑technical reports. /li liPresent results to senior IT and business leaders in a professional and solution‑oriented manner. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liIndependent, structured, and confident, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge the status quo. /li liEmotionally intelligent and experienced in navigating large, complex organizations. /li liA strong communicator in English,
