Our current primary transport offerings are flights and a growing portfolio of train providers. As a Product Manager in this critical area, you will be instrumental in executing our strategy to connect and manage complex travel experiences. /p h3What you will do /h3 pThe role’s responsibilities are structured around three strategic pillars:
/p h3Content Execution /h3 ul liWork closely with Engineering and Business Development teams to integrate and launch new transport providers (train, bus, etc.) to expand our inventory and relevance. /li liManage the product backlog and prioritise self‑service imperatives. /li liExecute initiatives designed to optimise pricing, deals, and product features for Prime members within the booking flow. /li liAnalyse A/B test results and performance data to identify specific conversion and revenue opportunities. /li liAssist in defining MVPs for unique offerings that generate value for business and customers. /li /ul h3Customer Experience Delivery /h3 ul liFocus on optimising specific user‑journey segments (search, results filtering, post‑booking management) to reduce friction and improve satisfaction. /li liGather and analyse qualitative and quantitative user feedback to identify pain points and propose improvements. /li liEnsure consistent, high‑quality, connected trip experience across multiple devices and touchpoints. /li /ul h3Roadmap Execution and Prioritisation /h3 ul liTranslate high‑level strategic goals into clear, well‑defined user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. /li liMaintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing customer, business, and technical needs. /li liDefine, monitor, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs).
