We work with leading AI labs and enterprise customers to deliver high-quality, scalable datasets used to train and improve AI models. /p pWe’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale creative content projects across photography, illustration, design, and other visual media. You’ll work directly with a diverse creator network including photographers, illustrators, designers, videographers, and 3D artists. /p pIn this role, you’ll own each project from concept to completion through clear planning, smooth coordination, and strong communication. Your leadership will turn creative and visual ideas into high-quality outcomes, while managing content workflows, data, and cross-functional teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild structured project plans that align with company goals and guarantee on-time delivery. /li liOversee high-volume visual content pipelines (photo, illustration, design, 3D), ensuring smooth production cycles and timely delivery. /li liCoordinate asset flow, metadata requirements, reviews, and content submissions. /li liMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, creators, partners, and freelancers. /li liAllocate resources effectively, including time, budgets, teams, tools, and freelancers. /li liManage and organize project assets and data, ensuring accuracy, structure, and accessibility for decision-making. /li liProvide regular project updates, progress reports,



and risk assessments to stakeholders. /li liEnsure all visual content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and project expectations. /li liIdentify risks early and implement strategies to prevent delays or workflow issues. /li liCollaborate with creators, reviewers, data teams, and other departments to maintain a seamless production workflow. /li liDevelop positive relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their expectations are clearly understood and met. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 4 years of experience in project management, ideally in visual content, creative production, or media workflows. /li liBackground in creative agencies, design studios, photo production, or multimedia environments is highly preferred. /li liUnderstanding of photography or illustration workflows is a strong plus. /li liKnowledge of design basics (color, layout, visual hierarchy, typography) is a big advantage. /li liFamiliarity with video or 3D content production is preferred. /li liProven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and high-volume content pipelines. /li liStrong communication skills in both written and verbal form. /li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work independently while coordinating multiple teams and deadlines. /li liAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and ever-changing creative environment. /li liFluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. /li liDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results on time. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
