ph3Risk and Data Process Analyst (VIE) /h3 pJoin the Cyber Human Risk team through an exciting VIE as a Risk and Data Process Analyst! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol li bData collection, KPI management and dashboarding /b ul liSupport the collection and consolidation of cybersecurity human risk metrics (phishing, training, human behavior, engagement, etc.) and the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. /li liMaintain documentation of data sources, metrics, and reporting processes. /li liHelp create and maintain dashboards to visualize cybersecurity human risk KPIs. /li /ul /li li bProcess improvement optimisation /b ul liContribute to the analysis of existing workflows (phishing program, training creation, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate repetitive tasks. /li liHelp standardise and document processes to enable consistency and knowledge sharing. /li liSupport long-term automation strategies to enhance program sustainability. /li /ul /li li bSupport to Cyber Human Risk Programs /b ul liSupport operational activities related to cyber human risk projects such as phishing simulations or phishing support programmes. /li liCollaborate with project leads to integrate metrics and insights into wider initiatives. /li /ul /li /ol h3Education /h3 pMaster’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. /p h3Experience /h3 p1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or similar roles (internship and apprenticeship are fully valued). /p h3Skills and Mindset /h3 ul liProfessional fluency in English. /li liPrior exposure to cybersecurity, risk, or behavioural programmes is a plus. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. /li liCuriosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. /li liProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
