ppWe are seeking a bSales Associate /b to join our exceptional team at Christian Dior Couture, in our Barcelona Paseo de Gracia boutique. /p pAs a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to the brand’s sales growth within the store, representing the brand’s values, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 h3Sales /h3 ul liAchieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques. /li liDemonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products. /li liKnow the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). /li liIdentify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add‑on sales. /li liProvide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile. /li liUnderstand how to handle customer database and clienteling. /li /ul h3Management of the Relationship with Clients /h3 ul liEnsure a welcoming client‑focused environment, which includes offering best‑in‑class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication. /li liDevelop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients. /li liProblem‑solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.
