This person will work closely with medium and large enterprise customers worldwide. /p pYou will join the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team as part of our Customer Success organization – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. /p pThe Technical Adoption Specialist group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by helping our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions /li liAct as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology /li liBuild,



maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption /li liDeliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions /li liDevelop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency that solves specific customer challenges /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liFluency in English and advanced level of French /li liExpert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD in a production environment /li li5–6 years Civil Engineering or related field experience /li liAdvanced knowledge of the industry needs and workflows /liliBachelor’s degree in civil engineering /li liPublic speaking and presentation skills /li liAdditional knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3D, and GIS is beneficial /li /ul h3Salary Transparency /h3 pSalary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package.
