This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will also provide hands-on operational support for virtual and in-person project components, ensuring successful delivery in compliance with organizational and contractual requirements. Business travel to the project event(s) is mandatory. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liStakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. /li liProject Coordination and Support: Assist in the preparation and management of project-related materials, timelines, and deliverables to support successful project execution. /li liVirtual Platform Management: Coordinate the setup, testing, and maintenance of MphaR virtual platforms or event technologies used for project delivery, ensuring smooth functionality and participant engagement. /li liContract and Documentation Management: Support the preparation, review, and tracking of project-related contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams. /li liCompliance Communication: Liaise with the compliance department to ensure all project activities and materials adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and client standards. /li liMaterial Preparation: Develop and format project documentation, reports, and presentation materials according to established templates and project specifications. /li liOn-site Event Support:
