leveraging Mercer methodologies /liliOverseeing benefits administration and supporting optimization of the Iberia benefits offering /liliDeveloping reward analytics, dashboards, and insights to support leadership decision‑making /liliEnsuring robust governance, compliance, and consistency across all reward processes /li /ul /brh3What You Bring /h3 /brulli5+ years of experience in Compensation Benefits, Reward, HR Operations, HR Controlling, Payroll, or HR Analytics /liliStrong analytical capability with advanced Excel and data interpretation skills /liliProven experience in annual compensation processes, benchmarking, and benefits management /liliSolid understanding of the Spanish reward market (Portugal exposure is an advantage) /liliExperience working in multinational or matrix environments with multiple stakeholders /liliExposure to Mercer compensation frameworks highly valued /liliFamiliarity with pay equity tools such as Syndio is a strong plus /liliAbility to translate complex reward data into clear, business‑relevant insights /li /ul /brh3Why this role matters /h3 /brpThis is a high‑impact role within the Iberia HR function, where you will directly influence bpay fairness, reward transparency, and compensation governance /b. /p /brpYour work will contribute to shaping how we attract, retain, and reward talent across Spain and Portugal,
