You will partner closely with the founders and hiring managers to define roles, source exceptional candidates, run rigorous processes, close top talent, and build the recruiting systems we need as we grow. /p /brpYou will be hands-on across the full funnel, from outbound sourcing and candidate conversations to scorecards, interview design, pipeline reporting, and offer management.
