We are looking to bring on an HR Business Partner profile within the Organization/IT team.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary bridge between HR and IT, collaborating closely to define and integrate new functionalities in HR processes.
Act as the end-to-end coordinator of HR initiatives, often involving collaboration across multiple IT and business teams.
Gather business and transformation needs, challenging and refining them where needed, and translating them into system and product requirements related to HR processes.
Prioritise and manage the HR product backlog based on business value, impact on employee/manager experience, and feasibility.
Define, coordinate, and execute testing activities for HR systems (e.g. test cases, UAT, regression testing) together with HR key users and IT, ensuring quality and stability before go-live.
Monitor and track the progress of HR projects, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Provide user training and manage change management activities to support adoption of HR solutions across different populations (e.g. store teams, office staff, distribution centres).
Offer continuous support to the business throughout the entire lifecycle of HR applications and processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work in an agile setup with IT teams (e.g. refining requirements, contributing to user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in sprint ceremonies when needed).
4–5 years of experience in HR-related roles or as a consultant/analyst with a focus on HR processes and systems.
Proven experience in project management and product ownership within IT, preferably using agile methodologies focused on product development.
Understanding of HR workflows, technologies, and systems (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance, performance, learning).
Experience working in cross-functional teams combining HR and IT stakeholders.
Hands-on experience participating in or coordinating testing activities (e.g. UAT, regression testing) for business applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into simple, actionable solutions.
Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align different profiles (e.g. HR, IT, store managers, operations).
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams, adapting messages to different audiences.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HR platforms or related HR technologies.
Experience in retail or other multi-site, high-volume environments (stores, logistics, etc.) and familiarity with frontline employee needs.
Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SCRUM, KANBAN, or LEAN.
Ability to extract and analyse data using SQL and/or data warehouse or BI tools to support decision-making.
Experience driving change management initiatives within HR projects, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment with frequent changes in priorities.
