We need someone with bfluent English /b, strong analytical skills, and a mindset focused on detail and continuous improvement. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the bfull payroll cycle /b for employees in Spain, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. /li liCorrectly interpretation and application of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, income tax (IRPF), social security contributions, and Social Security regulations. /li liActively participate in the bimplementation, migration,



or upgrade of a new payroll system /b, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and the Project Team. /li liPerform functional testing (UAT), validations, and issue resolution during the implementation project. /li liIdentify opportunities for bprocess automation and continuous improvement /b. /li /ul h3Language Cultural Competency /h3 ul liFluent English (B2–C1), able to communicate effectively with international teams. English proficiency will be assessed during the recruitment process /li liAbility to communicate effectively across cultures and adapt communication for regional differences /li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum b5 years of experience /b managing Spanish payroll. /li liSolid knowledge of: /li liSocial Security /li liIRPF and taxation /li liManagement of incidents, absences, payroll variables, and termination settlements /li liDemonstrable experience in coordinating implementations of payroll system or migration projects (e.g., Meta4, SAP HCM, Sage, A3, Workday, etc.).
