As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager, you will lead cost control and planning for complex data centre projects. You will act as the client-facing interface to ensure value, accuracy and timely reporting from concept through final account. You will guide procurement, change control and post-contract variances, while mentoring the cost management team. The role offers exposure to high-profile commissions and strategic opportunities within a integral practice. You will contribute to delivering outcomes that support project success and client objectives.

• Provide estimate and cost planning across conceptual, programming and detailed levels
• Assist feasibility studies and draft procurement reports
• Manage procurement activities including pre-qualification, bid analysis and contract documents
• Oversee post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• Carry out cost checks, valuations and ensure timely, accurate cost reporting
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present findings to clients




• Contribute to value engineering and approve final accounts
• Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages
• Provide leadership to the cost management team when needed
• Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and share with line manager
• Suggest improvements for cost management procedures, templates and products

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 8 years' work experience in cost management (pre-contract, post-contract, final account)
• Experience in Data centre, Pharma, Oil and Gas preferred xqbhyrx
• Good understanding of civils, structural and architectural aspects relevant to construction
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex projects
• Experience advising on value management, value engineering and lifecycle costing
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational skills and team orientation
