Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our onsite team in Marbella.
This role is focused on supporting the commercial team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM records.
The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
Follow up on outstanding documentation and internal requests.
Maintain organised sales reports and performance tracking.
Help improve internal sales processes and documentation.
Provide general coordination support across the commercial department.
Requirements Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Support, Business Administration, or similar roles.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Additional languages are considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications Experience within payments, fintech, Saa S, financial services, or similar industries.
Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools.
Understanding of merchant onboarding or payment processing is considered a plus.
