/li liManage stakeholder expectations, communicate design value, and influence stakeholders through data and storytelling. /li liLead strategic design initiatives, contribute to long‑term organisational plans, and collaborate with leadership on design vision. /li liMentor and develop team members, act as a role model, provide constructive feedback, and foster growth. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 ul li5–7 years of professional product design experience across web, mobile, and software applications. /li liProficient in designing for e‑commerce platforms with deep understanding of complex business models. /li liData‑driven decision‑making skills: analyse data, derive insights, and make informed design choices. /li liExperience in usability testing and design research, independent or with a UX research team. /li liSelf‑starter who prioritises, manages timelines, and works with resilience to overcome challenges. /li liOnline portfolio showcasing product design (including e‑commerce cases). /li liFluency in English with strong written, verbal and presentation skills. /li liPresentation skills and ability to communicate design decisions while fostering respectful discussion.
