This role is critical to ensuring the continuous availability of materials and finished goods across our distribution network. /p pYou will act as a key link between suppliers, central warehouses, and internal stakeholders, using SAP S/4HANA to drive data-driven decisions and operational excellence, with a primary focus on Spanish and Portuguese markets. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 h3Inventory Planning Forecasting /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain inventory and replenishment strategies /li liExecute demand forecasting and adjust procurement plans /li liMonitor KPIs such as service levels, inventory turnover, and stock coverage /li liPerform inventory analysis (ABC/XYZ, slow-moving and obsolete stock management) /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand /li /ul h3Procurement Purchasing /h3 ul liCreate and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery /li liManage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes in SAP /li liMaintain supplier data, lead times, and order parameters /li liCommunicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and potential issues /li liIdentify and mitigate supply risks /li /ul h3Warehouse Replenishment /h3 ul liPlan and execute replenishment from suppliers and internal sources /li liRun and analyze MRP outputs in SAP /li liCoordinate inbound logistics with warehouse and transport teams /li liOptimize parameters such as safety stock and reorder points /li /ul h3Systems Reporting /h3 ul liAct as a key user of SAP S/4HANA (MM, MRP, WM)
