ph3Global Talent Mobility Specialist – Barcelona (Hybrid) /h3 pScopely is looking for a bGlobal Talent Mobility Specialist /b to join our People team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, working two days a week from the hub. /p pAs part of the People team, you will provide administrative support to the General Mobility Manager and HR teams across all Scopely hubs, managing relocation and immigration processes and ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liInitiate relocation and immigration cases with global providers; ensuring service delivery quality and data accuracy. /li liProvide data, reports, and cost estimates to managers and the Talent Team. /li liConduct data audits in various systems. /li liCoordinate relocation, immigration, and tax processes with external vendors following Scopely's policies. /li liMaintain and enhance relationships through ongoing communication with business units and provide feedback on operational processes and issues that affect the employee experience. /li liPrepare travel and employment verification letters. /li liTrack exceptions to relocation policy and communicate trends to managers, recommending actions to reduce costs or add value. /li liReview third-party vendor invoices. /li liParticipate in special projects as needed with internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in a customer service, relocation or HR capacity).



/li liProven customer service experience, preferably with a US or European-led multinational company. /li liSuperior relationship-management skills and experience managing client expectations. /li liBusiness savvy and ability to listen and understand individual and business needs. /li liAbility to work cross-functionally and represent Scopely professionally. /li liStrong communication, interpersonal and emotional-intelligence skills; clear and concise written and verbal communication. /li liDemonstrated technical skills – computer literacy and strong experience with Microsoft and Google Suite. /li liHighly organized and detail-oriented; able to perform multiple complex tasks. /li liTeam player, self-starter, and proactive in taking initiative. /li liStrong problem-solving and prioritization skills. /li liCultural awareness, people-oriented, and ability to handle cultural differences. /li liWillingness to attend calls to accommodate different time zones. /li liGood judgment, diplomacy, and ability to handle confidential information. /li liInnovative and resourceful. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3Bonus Points /h3 ul liAdditional languages. /li /ul pScopely is an equal-opportunity employer.
