ppAgilité is looking for a bTechnical Services Manager (Ingeniero de Instalaciones MEP) /bto manage and coordinate all technical disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing, High Voltage Electrical Systems, Low Voltage Electrical Systems, and Building Management Systems) throughout the feasibility, design, budgeting, execution study, and construction phases, leveraging the support of site and project teams. /p pThe role will be technical reference and multi-functional, supporting Agilité’s expansion across Europe and a wide range of projects to ensure compliance with best practices and driving the continuous improvement of project procedures successfully. /p pAgilité is a growing commercial interiors specialist, delivering office, retail and hospitality projects for international clients across Europe. Agilité breathes new life into spaces for world-leading brands, and it’s the people behind the projects, and the processes underpinning the people which make us different – that, and our B Corp certification. /p h3Key Responsibilities. /h3 ul liEnsure the technical feasibility of a project; /li liParticipate in the budget and/or cost estimation studies according to the projects requirements; /li liReview technical documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements; /li liAnalyse and respond to technical queries from MEP subcontractors; /li liVerify that installations comply with contract requirements (specifications, plans, etc.) and provide technical guidance to the project team; /li liContribute to project-related reports and attend meetings as needed; /li liAttend, chair and prepare meeting minutes when necessary (customer meeting, subcontractors meetings, suppliers, project team, technical services); /li liMaintain close collaboration with contractors,
technical consultants and architects to coordinate all technical aspects of the project; /li liCoordinate and manage MEP subcontractors throughout the construction phase. /li liReview subcontractor proposals and quotations and support value engineering initiatives and MEP cost optimisation; /li liManage technical changes and support change management processes; /li liProvide technical expertise and advice during project preparation, execution, and close-out phases; /li liOrganise pre-handover inspections and site visits to monitor the quality and proper execution of work performed by subcontractors; /li liCoordinate and oversee commissioning, testing, balancing, system validation and handover activities; /li liReview and manage as-built drawings, OM (Operation Maintenance) manuals and final technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements; /li liAssist with final site inspections and the completion of specific works prior to the closure of MEP snagging items;· /li liEnsure the effective transfer of technical documentation and information to the construction teams; /li liDeliver assigned responsibilities in compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirement; /li liEnsure that all technical installations comply with contractual specifications and requirements; /li liAnalyse the functional, environmental, and technical characteristics of the works or products to be delivered, taking into account applicable regulations, organisational requirements, assembly and manufacturing processes, operational constraints, and safety requirements; /li liEnsure compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards, as well as ISO requirements and company procedures; /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement in HSQE performance across all project activities; /li liContinuously identify and evaluate opportunities to maintain, support, and strengthen Agilité Solutions' commitment to B-Corp standards and certification. /li /ul h3Additional responsibilities: /h3 ul liComply with all HQSE (Health, Quality, Safety, and Environmental) regulations and requirements. /li liAdhere to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and HQSE Management System, ensuring that all assigned subcontractors also comply with these standards and procedures. /li liMonitor and ensure that subcontractors fully always meet their health and safety obligations. /li liEnsure that health and safety requirements are adequately assessed, addressed, and incorporated into all proposals, tenders, and project submissions. /li liPromote a strong safety culture across projects by proactively identifying risks and supporting the implementation of appropriate preventive measures.
/li liVerify that all project activities are carried out in accordance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications. /h3 ul liBachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. /li liProven experience in HVAC, energy, thermal, or MEP engineering. /li liMinimum 4+ years of experience in construction, fit-out, refurbishment or building services projects. /li liProfessional level of English (minimum B2, ideally C1). /li liExperience working on projects pursuing sustainability certifications such as BREEAM, LEED or WELL is highly desirable. /li liExperience coordinating and managing MEP subcontractors during construction phases. /li liProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, MS Project and Microsoft Office. /li liStrong knowledge of environmental engineering and renewable energy technologies. /li liSound understanding of building systems and industrial equipment. /li liProficiency in engineering calculation methods, modeling techniques, and simulation software. /li liKnowledge of environmental standards and regulations, including ISO 14001. /li liStrong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards, including CTE, RITE, REBT, fire protection regulations, and general European building standards. /li liExpertise in engineering HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and energy systems design. /li liMEP construction coordination and subcontractor management. /li liSolid experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and building controls. /li liStrong background in commissioning, testing, balancing, system validation and handover processes. /li liRelevant background in value engineering and MEP cost optimisation, subcontractor quotation review and change management. /li liEnergy efficiency and sustainability solutions. /li liTechnical analysis and problem-solving. /li liEngineering calculations and simulations. /li liEnvironmental compliance and regulatory knowledge. /li liDemonstrates self-determination, perseverance, and confidence in handling new situations and overcoming challenges. /li liAdjusts behavior according to different environments, situations, and individuals. /li liAdapts communication style and attitude to the audience in order to maximise the quality and effectiveness of interactions. /li liPrioritises and re-prioritises activities and organisation in response to changing circumstances and constraints. /li liCustomer Orientation /li liPerformance Management /li liAnalytical and Synthesis Skills /li liPersuasion and Influencing Skills /li liCreativity and Innovation Mindset /li liAttention to Detail and Strong Organisational Skills /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits (Spain) /h3 ul liSalary Range EUR 40.000 - 55.000 /li liEnergetic and dynamic work environment /li liThe opportunity to work remotely two days per week /li liPurpose-driven work with a focus on making a positive impact /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
