operational excellence and accountability /li liLead and develop a regional team of senior SC professionals /li /ul h3Planning and Inventory management /h3 ul liResponsible for the Sales Operations planning/Integrated business planning process /li liManage the regional SOP / IBP Leader /li liDefine track Supply Chain KPI’s /li /ul h3Team leadership organizational Development /h3 ul liDrive capability building and succession planning /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liIdentify and mitigate Supply Chain risks; ensure contingency planning is in place /li liEnsure compliance with regulations, quality standards and company policies /li /ul h3Performance and Continuous improvement /h3 ul liPartner with the Integral BEX team to implement lean/six sigma/digital transformations /li liDrive cost reduction, service improvement and working capital optimisation initiatives /li /ul h3Financial ownership /h3 ul liOwn and manage Supply Chain budget and cost performance /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields /li liA proven track record in end-to-end Supply Chain /li liExperience in a transformation, integration environment is a plus /li liHigh level of English is required (both verbal and written), f luency in additional languages is beneficial /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
