You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. /p pYou will implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Team, Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Project Managers), collaborate to the implementation of the Digital Transformation roadmap and much more. /p pYou’ll specifically take care of establishing the way forward in the execution of the activity, but also collaborate to meet the objectives established by the management for Maintenance Projects. /p h3We’ll look to you for: /h3 ul liImplement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance. /li liStandardization of processes /li liNotify incidents / near misses that affect Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers. /li liDevelop continuous improvement map / standardization of maintenance exams-activities /li liManagement of main KPIs.
