In this role you lead structural test programs within the Getafe-based Structural Testing Team, ensuring plans, load programs, and test results meet safety and specification standards. You will coordinate integral test activities, manage resources, and drive compliance across static, fatigue, and dynamic tests. You will shape instrumentation for in-flight load measurements and oversee tooling and test tool integrity. This position offers a chance to impact airframe testing at a integral aerospace leader, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and hands-on leadership.

• Act as Test Leader for new programs, overseeing global test planning, resource management, and KPI achievement.
• Lead the execution and compliance phase of structural tests, ensuring adherence to specifications with live monitoring.
• Define, control, and issue official test documentation including Test Plans, Test Results, and instrumentation records.
• Prepare test load programs (actuator loads)



and participate in defining in-flight load instrumentation and load determination formulas.
• Manage tooling manufacturing and mechanical assembly, perform technical approval of tool parts, verify assembly, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Perform structural integrity analyses and coordinate inspections to guarantee tool and setup integrity.

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of experience in Structural Testing, Mechanical Assembly, or Engineering Test Management.
• Education in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Expertise in static, fatigue, damage tolerance, and dynamic testing, load definition, instrumentation, and tooling verification. xqbhyrx
