and repeatable patterns so a proven AI win can spread from one team to many without bespoke work each time. /li libAdoption Measurement: /b Drive genuine adoption of AI tooling across teams and tie every solution back to concrete outcomes - time saved, throughput, and delivery speed - so impact is visible and quantifiable to leadership. /li libFeedback to the Platform: /b Surface recurring needs and friction back to the AI Efficiency Architects, so the internal AI gateway and tooling evolve toward what teams actually need. /li /ul h3Our Successful Candidate Will Have The Following: /h3 ul libApplied AI Experience: /b Hands‑on experience working with LLMs and AI tooling - prompt engineering, building agents or RAG workflows, and integrating AI APIs into real‑world workflows. /li libPragmatic Problem‑Solving: /b A strong bias for action and the ability to go from a vague pain point to a working solution fast, favoring what delivers value over what is theoretically perfect. /li libCollaboration Communication: /b Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work alongside many different teams, understand their needs, and bring them along on the adoption journey. /li libSDLC/DevOps Familiarity: /b Working knowledge of the tools that underpin the software delivery lifecycle (e.g., GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control)
