ppAs Part Of Our Growth, We Are Looking For a Labor Employment Lawyer (m/f/d) To Join Our Labor Relations Spain Team, Performing The Following Tasks /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liProvide legal advice on labor and employment matters related to employment relationships and human resources management, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation /li liSupport the implementation of new labor regulations by advising stakeholders and collaborating in the deployment of measures arising from regulatory changes /li liDraft, review, and advise on employment-related documentation including contracts, agreements, policies, internal communications, and other labor law documents /li liSupport the defense of the Company in administrative and judicial proceedings, including labor inspections and employment litigation,



and represent the Company before labor authorities and courts when applicable /li liCoordinate and collaborate with external law firms to ensure effective legal support and alignment with the Company's labor relations strategy /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Law (mandatory), for foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required /li liMinimum 3 years of professional experience in Labor Employment Law /li liExperience in a leading law firm and/or multinational company will be highly valued /li liStrong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and employment relations /li liExperience in labor litigation, labor inspections, and administrative proceedings /li liStrong drafting, analytical, and legal advisory skills /li liMedium to high level of English is valued /li /ul h3Your Benefits /h3 ul liSome offers may vary by location /li /ul pNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
