With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and integral reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people. /p pbReporting to: /b EHS Manager Iberia /p h3Role Statement /h3 ul liResponsible for ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are met across Vertiv operations in the Iberia region. /li liProtects workers and company assets by eliminating incident injuries, property damage and adverse environmental impacts. /li liKeeps abreast of latest legislation and research on workplace hazards. /li liProvides field‑level EHS support across construction sites, industrial environments and client facilities. /li liActs as the company representative in Safety Coordination Activities with customers and subcontractors. /li /ul h3Key Duties Responsibilities /h3 pOperates under general supervision, and within defined guidelines with readily available advice. /p h3Health Safety Management /h3 ul liConducts safety checks and audits (HS and Environment) at construction sites, industrial facilities and client locations. /li liInvestigates and reports all incidents, accidents, near‑miss; aligns and implements necessary preventive and corrective measures. /li liProvides training and advice on HS matters to all company levels. /li liImplements EHS procedures as defined and maintains all necessary records. /li liParticipates in Health Safety Committee meetings. /li liCoordinates access to client facilities with the operations team. /li liImplements applicable legislation regarding Environment and Health Safety. /li liInvolvement in EMEA EHS projects and coordination with international team.
/li /ul h3CAE Platforms Documentation /h3 ul liMaintains all online CAE platform documentation up‑to‑date. /li liReviews online CAE platforms and documents according to criteria established by clients. /li liTracks internal and external documentation requirements. /li liManages all legal documents with subcontractors and customers. /li liKeeps all workers' Health and Safety documentation updated. /li /ul h3Training Medical Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinates training courses with external Safety Training Academies and with the External Prevention Company. /li liCoordinates the annual medical tests for all employees. /li /ul h3Representation Communication /h3 ul liRepresents the Company in Safety Coordination Activities and meetings with customers. /li liEnsures proper EHS record keeping. /li liProvides full responsiveness (24h) to internal and external customers. /li liAttends required training sessions and meetings. /li /ul h3Internal /h3 ul liEnsures proper EHS record keeping. /li liProvides 24h responsiveness to internal external customers. /li liAttends required trainings and meetings. /li liTracks and reports KPIs. /li liMaintains ISO Certificate standards and ensures recertifications (ISO 14001, 45001). /li /ul h3Required Background /h3 h3Background / Experience / Prerequisites /h3 ul liOfficial Master’s Degree in Health and Safety (3 specialties). /li liMaster's degree in Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment and Health Safety). (Preferred but not mandatory) /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum experience of 2 years in HS and in the Coordination of Business Activities requested documentation, Risk Assessment and HS Plans.
