This Transformation Program Aims At /p ul liEnabling Global Business Units (GBU) Integral Functions with Analytics. /li liCommon analytics by GBU and for Global functions to improve performance and cost management. /li liTransversal data consolidation as well as more granular analyses. /li liCommon budget tools by GBU. /li liFacilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS). /li liSupport SBS strategy by implementing an end-to-end approach (e.g. P2P fully covered by integrated Group solutions from eBuy to AP Invoicing, TE, etc.). /li liOpportunity to consolidate new activities in Shared Services (e.g. Master Data Management, Credit Management) and to develop global Shared Services organization models (e.g. TE). /li liSupport reporting factories. /li liSimplifying processes and Sanofi users’ experience. /li liState-of-the-art global systems ensuring end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user’s experience. /li liMajor changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at once. /li liOne source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control framework. /li liImproved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodology. /li /ul h3About The Job /h3 pAs Domain Expert you will be responsible for the design and the deployment of a single technical solution covering Domain’s standardized processes in a single SAP solution for all businesses on all geographies. /p pYou will bring your expertise of business processes and SAP solutions, best practices and possible improvements. /p pYou will organize and deliver, for your scope of responsibility within Domain, solution design and all project deliverables under Solution Delivery responsibility (SAP solutions design, implementation in the systems, all related documentation), for the Projects you are assigned to. /p h3Main Duties And Responsibilities /h3 h3Scoping /h3 ul liLead or contribute to Scoping studies. /li liProvide workload estimations for new scope to be deployed for Sales and Distribution, or new functionalities to be implemented as part of Continuous Improvement. /li /ul h3Design of the Solution /h3 ul liLead together with the Business Enablement team the Global Design or Fit-Gap workshops to design the solution based on industry best practices, GBU Global Support Functions business needs. /li liDefine and drive the implementation of the Trade global template and ensure its continued governance and evolution. /li liPropose adequate SAP solutions minimizing gaps with the standard functionalities by challenging business requirements and specify for customizing and development the agreed solutions.



/li liPerform impact analysis for application changes for S4 Hana and satellites applications (eg: Sales Force Automation tools, Ecommerce platforms). /li liContribute to the design of transversal streams: /li liMaster data management and migration strategy /li liAnalytics /li liAuthorizations /li liProcess controls /li liOther Solution delivery Domain for integration topics. /li liCollect and consolidate all information on Trade required for Infrastructure and application landscape definition. Ensure Trade solutions are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles. /li liDeliver all design deliverables defined by the program and under Solution Delivery responsibility (e.g. Solution Documents, Functional specifications, …). /li liDevelop himself/herself on the new capabilities provided by SAP S4HANA on his/her perimeter; contribute to continuous improvement of the solution with Proof-Of-Concepts. /li /ul h3Development and testing /h3 ul liOrganize, complete, unit-test and document the configuration of the system. /li liContribute with the development team to the specific developments (functional specifications update inputs for unit test). /li liEnsure quality of developments / Contribute to audits quality KPI follow up. Identify S4 HANA product and/or specific project issues and work with project partner to resolve them. /li liOrganize, document and execute integration and system tests. /li liContribute to user acceptance tests and finalize the solution (address identified defects). /li liProper use of the documentation and testing tools as defined by iShift Program. /li liComplete all deliverables defined by the program and under Solution Delivery responsibility (e.g. test protocols, test reports…). /li /ul h3Migration and Go-Live /h3 ul liContribute to migration activities related to the Trade stream. /li liDocument and execute cut-over activities related to the Trade stream. /li liUpdate training documents contribute to trainings on Trade Solutions. /li liEnsure go-live support and Hypercare activities. /li liHandover to AMS: Lead the project transition to AMS for Trade (including knowledge transfer sessions and handover of ongoing incidents). /li /ul h3AMS /h3 ul liContribute to AMS activities: provide functional expertise for complex topics and challenge / validate solution evolutions proposed by AMS team. /li liLiaise with support partner to resolve any SAP functional / technical issues. /li /ul h3Cross- project activities /h3 ul liBe the Referent Expert for specific topics within Sales and Distribution: Provide ad-hoc support to projects during Design phase and validate evolutions. /li liMaintain all reference documentation up to date.



/li liContribute to continuous improvement by keeping informed on new functionalities available for Trade Sales contributing to Proof of Concepts / Prototypes. /li liLearn and gain expertise on new and current S4 HANA products and solution offerings. /li /ul h3About You /h3 h3EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND /h3 ulliUniversity degree in economics, engineering, computer science or comparable. /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul li8+ years of SAP Experience. /li liAt least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (all phases). /li liExperience of 8+ years designing and configuring in the following SAP domains: Pricing, Condition Contracts, Settlement Management, Order Management, Outbound processing, Billing. /li liProficient knowledge of SAP Pricing solutions (pricing procedures, condition contracts, settlement management, customer rebates, integration between SD and Finance/Controlling). /li liDemonstrated experience in some of the following SAP processes: /li ul liOrder Taking including integration with SFA systems. /li liSales EDI Flows. /li liOrder Management (standard orders, rush orders, Free‑of‑charge…). /li liOrder fulfillment (Availability check, Backorders, Rescheduling, Text Determination, Incompletion checks…). /li liCustomer Returns and Claims Management. /li liBilling (Collective invoice, invoice split, invoice form, EDI invoice…). /li /ul liExperience and good knowledge in the analysis and design of Trade business processes, ideally within the pharmaceutical or similar industries. /li liKnowledge of other SAP functional domains as advantage. /li liExperience with Master Data, IDocs/BAPIs, interfacing SAP with Legacy applications. /li liProven experience working in major IT consulting firms as stream lead or functional expert. /li liInternational SAP projects experience. /li liAt ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools. /li liAgile methodology experience. /li /ul h3Major Skills And Competencies /h3 ul liTeam player, solutions-oriented, social skills and strong ability to work in a team. /li liDynamic, results driven. /li liAnalytical and synthetic, able to formalize solutions, good writing skills; Ability to analyze and solve user issues related to system design, process flows and SAP configuration, with consideration for other system impacts and implications. /li liIntellectual curiosity, willingness to expand her/his functional SAP scope. /li liSAP technical skills.
