ph3The Position /h3 pReport to: Product Knowledge Manager /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork closely with our product team to understand product features. /li liAssist in creating product content for knowledge sharing. /li liCollaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and other product documentation. /li liReview and edit existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guides. /li liSupport activities related to product readiness throughout the product development life cycle. /li liParticipate in the deployment of new versions and features within the platform, which includes training planning, weekly reviews, impact analysis, and managing deadlines. /li liAssist in preparing reports and presentations on product features. /li liWork with product designers to understand and contribute to the user experience design process. /li /ul h3Working Smarter with AI /h3 ul liUse AI tools as part of your daily workflow to accelerate drafting, editing, research, and reviewing of product content and training documentation. /li liConstantly look for room for improvement in both the quality and the speed of your tasks, treating AI as a partner for raising that bar. /li liApply good judgment and quality control when using AI, ensuring outputs are accurate, clear, and compliant with our standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications (Must-Have) /h3 ul liDegree or Professional Training related to Computer Science, Engineering, or English. /li li0-3 years of professional experience. /li liWritten and oral English advanced. /li liCommunication skills and comfort with customer-facing tasks.
