As a Support u0026amp; Development Engineer at Veepee, you will bridge support and development by tackling advanced incidents and delivering small internal tools and automations. You work within the Support L2 team to increase the technical autonomy of the support group while contributing to internal tooling and AI-enabled solutions. You will resolve complex tickets, modify code, and build endpoints to streamline cross-functional tasks. This role offers hands-on coding alongside user-facing support in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will join a mission-driven tech community that values experimentation and collaboration to improve support scalability and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Resolve advanced L2 tickets involving databases, SQL queries, and code review
• Investigate incidents, access code, and apply targeted fixes
• Manage and track incidents through resolution and provide second-line support
• Maintain product catalog/taxonomy attributes across internal platforms
• Modify and administer Freshdesk at the scripting/code level




• Keep technical documentation up to date (L2 articles, specs, user guides)
• Develop endpoints and internal tools to streamline L3 tasks
• Fix bugs and handle small development tasks across the product scope
• Build internal support tools and AI-powered support tools (MCP projects)
• Propose and prototype AI applications for support processes

Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of PHP with Symfony or C# and .NET Core
• Strong SQL skills and PostgreSQL familiarity
• Ability to read and troubleshoot code and diagnose issues
• Ability to document technical xqbhyrx solutions clearly for non-technical users
• Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, and initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Git and branch workflows
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, versatile, and able to work across code and user support
