control and allocation of project budgets /li liClose communication with internal/external project stakeholders /li liForecasting the project's growth and decline /li liConstant monitoring and improvement of team performance metrics /li liPerforming RFP analysis /li liPreparing an evaluation of the proposed solution /li liPreparing a commercial proposal for the client (including presentation) /li liTeam building and managing project timelines /li liCoaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising supervised projects /li liCommunicating regularly with customers on business development, strategies and objectives /li liMaintaining reports and necessary documentation for customers /li /ul h3Must-haves /h3 ul liExperience of IT project management for 5+ years (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem solving, change and risk management) /li liExperience as a Delivery Manager for 2+ years /li liSolid understanding of project management including various methodologies and tools /li liExperience of managing projects under various Agile contracts and Fix Price /liliGood technical knowledge (previous work as a developer is a big plus) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
