ph3bYour role at Dynatrace /b /h3 pThe Cloud and Infrastructure Systems Engineer (CISE III) is responsible for supporting the on premise, cloud and SaaS based systems used by the Employee Digital Enablement Group (EDE). Under general supervision the engineer performs technical work including designing, setup, administering, upgrade and troubleshooting systems infrastructure and ensures the success of SaaS equivalents. /p pThe Cloud and Infrastructure Systems Engineer collaborates with peers to complete projects, supports business initiatives and participates in the development of architectural standards and procedures. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liDeploy and maintain server infrastructure and highly available solutions to satisfy business objectives both in the cloud and on premises /li liResponsible for maintaining security standards, patch deployment and vulnerability remediation across server infrastructure /li liAdministers Microsoft Office 365 and email security products /li liResponsible for the integration of SaaS vendors with Entra ID, AD and/or Office365 including implementation of single sign on (SSO) /li liSupports and enhances user account lifecycle automation using solutions such as Saviynt Identity Security Premium, Microsoft Identity Manager and Microsoft Entra ID /li liJunior to mid level expertise managing virtualized infrastructure under VMware ESXi 8 and/or Amazon EC2 /li liManage internal and external DNS using Microsoft and 3rd party vendors /li liConfigures and monitors SaaS based infrastructure backup solutions such as Cohesity and Avepoint /li liCommunicates and effectively interacts with people across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races /li liExhibits curiosity and ambition to constantly learn new things and take on new responsibilities within a fast past dynamic environment /li liPursues an AI-first approach to their workload; guiding, honing and validating output to accelerate their abilities /li liConsistently display an outstanding customer service attitude.
