ppThis positions collaborates with global vision in the leadership of an MA project (including divestment), based on the development and execution of the modelling of the project, generally of an international nature, and in accordance with the criteria established by the department to facilitate decision making by senior management (CEO, CFO, CCO) and the Board of Directors of Cellnex. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliDevelop the integrated financial model for each MA Project (including the integration of the operational Business plan together with the tax/capital/accounting/financing structure). /liliPerform valuations by (i) discounted cash flows discounts, (ii) dividends discounts, (iii) multiples, etc. /liliCompare the Business operating plan provided by Business Development. /liliReview available information and corresponding representation in the financial model. /liliTax, accounting and financing structuring. /liliSupport in the analysis of impacts on RLFCF, Rating, price per share and net result. /liliIdentify and understand the main drivers for Due Diligence (DD) on the financial, accounting and tax side. /liliUnderstand and participate in the legal, commercial and technical DD. /li /ulh3Internal and external relationships in MA projects /h3ulliCoordination with all Corporate Finance departments (finance, tax, accounting, investor relations) ensuring coherence between them. /liliCoordination with various internal teams (Strategy, Business Development, Technology Customer Solutions, Legal, Rating) ensuring coherence between them. /liliCoordination of Investment Banks and partners. /liliCarry out the search for suitable partners for the execution of an MA Project (when necessary). /liliParticipate in the negotiation and coordination of external advisors (tax, accounting, legal, commercial).
