We can't wait to meet you! /p pPlease note: /p pThis is a part-time position (20h/week). /p pBased in Barcelona (with a hybrid work model). /p h3What will be your responsibilities? /h3 ul liReporting Compliance: Lead the elaboration and coordination of the Estado de Información No Financiera (EINF), ensuring full alignment and compliance with Spanish and European regulatory requirements. /li liSustainability Roadmap Coordination:



Lead the internal sustainability roadmap and coordinate effectively with external advisors and consultants. /li liESG Data Reporting: Conduct ESG data collection across departments and contribute to broader non-financial reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GRI). /li liStakeholder Engagement: Organize stakeholder engagement activities, materiality assessments, and internal sustainability workshops. /li liKPIs Action Plans: Develop, monitor, and track sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their related action plans. /li liProduct Supplier Initiatives: Support initiatives related to product sustainability, green certifications (e.g., BCorp), and supplier standards. /li liSustainability Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for sustainability across the organization, fostering an internal culture of responsibility. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? If you identify with the following, we want to meet you! /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, CSR, ESG, Business Sustainability, or a similar field. Degrees in Communication, Economics, or Business Administration (ADE) with a specialization or training in sustainability will also be considered. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in sustainability,



CSR, or ESG consulting, with proven experience in the preparation and drafting of EINFs (mandatory). /li liGood understanding of sustainability frameworks and regulations such as Spanish non-financial reporting laws, CSRD, ESG, GRI, and BCorp. /li liProven project management skills, strong data analysis capabilities, and experience in materiality analysis. /li liFluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
