In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, modeling, simulation, and verification of flight stability and control systems for our next‑generation UAV platforms. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, stable, and agile flight behavior across all mission profiles, from launch to recovery. Your work will directly influence flight control strategies, vehicle handling qualities, and overall system performance in a defense and aerospace environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct longitudinal and lateral‑directional stability analyses for UAV platforms /li liDefine control surface sizing, actuator capabilities, and trim conditions /li liDevelop and maintain 6‑DOF flight dynamics models in MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent /li liDesign, tune, and validate autopilot control laws (PID, LQR, gain‑scheduled controllers) /li liIntegrate aerodynamic and mass property data into high‑fidelity simulations /li liPlan and execute VV strategies using simulation, HIL, and flight testing /li liAnalyze flight test data to evaluate control performance and stability margins /li liSupport wind tunnel, ground, and flight testing campaigns /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams in aerodynamics, avionics, software, and systems integration /li liContribute to safety assessments, certification reports,
