ph3Role Overview/Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a Spark Set up Designer to join our team. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. The Designer will be in charge of maintaining and updating design protocols based on new information. The trainer will also conduct training for new designers and re‑train experienced designers. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Spark Set Up Designer will utilize an orthodontic software package called “Design” to achieve a correct, class 1 orthodontic occlusion for the patient as designed by the Orthodontist. The designer will have between 0‑2 years of orthodontic experience and/or 0‑2 years of Set Up Designer or similar experience at a competitive corporation, and high competency in computer/software related programmes. /p h3Primary Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liUtilise a custom computer software program in the development and design of the patient’s orthodontic treatment as approved by the Orthodontist to achieve class 1 occlusion. /li liAdhere to department documented MCIs, SOPs, and policies and procedures for case design. /li liCross‑train on the “Anatomy” portion of the customised software suite as well as the “Scan Clean” operation. /li liAdhere to the certified operator training program which ensures quality case designs for the orthodontic customer. /li liExecute cases to accomplish the production and quality goals. /li liCoordinate manufacturing activities with those of other departments; provide staff assistance to other departments as necessary.



/li liMay participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for manufacturing activities; recommend improvements for policies and procedures. /li liPrepare and present reports as directed. /li liEstablish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork. /li liWork overtime as required by the business. /li liWork on‑site at least four days per week (office‑based). /li liThe position involves receiving and hosting customers on‑site. /li liOther duties as assigned based on the business needs. /li /ul h3Critical Success Factors /h3 ul liAbility to achieve both quality and productivity goals. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 h3Education and/or Experience /h3 ul liHigh School or Bachelor’s degree completion. /li liCertified Dental Assistant (preferred, not required). /li liExtensive experience with computers (office, internet). /li liEnglish level B2+ and advanced Spanish. /li liAbility to learn in a fast‑paced environment. /li liAbility to follow instructions. /li liCustomer‑oriented mindset. /li liCritical thinking and ability to work independently. /li liContinuous improvement mindset.
