This role is pivotal in aligning design deliverables with project milestones, facilitating integration workshops, and overseeing documentation and reporting processes on the Iberian campus. /p h3Role accountabilities /h3 ul liParticipation in Design Meetings ul liAttend and actively participate in all design‑related meetings. /li liRepresent the integration perspective to ensure alignment between disciplines. /li /ul /li liStakeholder Coordination ul liCoordinate designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. /li liEnsure seamless communication among all parties involved in the design process. /li /ul /li liCross‑Disciplinary Design Coordination ul liManage design coordination across all specialties, including Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed). /li liMonitor and manage design changes and variations, ensuring timely communication and approval. /li /ul /li liTimeline Milestone Management ul liMonitor design timelines to ensure they align with overall project milestones. /li liProactively address any potential delays or risks to the schedule.



/li /ul /li liDocumentation Digital Tools ul liOversee the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ensuring accurate records of all design deliverables, revisions, and correspondence. /li liMaintain interface trackers and integration matrices for the DCI (Design Coordination Integration) scope. /li /ul /li liIntegration Workshops Closeout ul liFacilitate and document integration workshops to resolve technical and coordination issues. /li liDrive the closeout of all design, construction, and commissioning interfaces. /li /ul /li liReporting Communication ul liDeliver integration logs, risk registers, meeting notes, and weekly reports. /li liProvide regular updates and progress reports to project management and the client. /li liReport progress to project leadership and update client systems. /li /ul /li liCompliance ul liEnsure strict adherence to all project procedures and reporting cycles. /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liTechnical degree required (Architecture, Engineering, or related field) /li liPrevious experience in Data Centre integration design roles /li liMandatory fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred /li liWillingness for geographic relocation /li liStrong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills /li liThorough understanding of multi‑disciplinary design processes /li liExperience with digital tools for design management (e.g., ACC) /li liProactive risk and issue management /li /ul pOur Commitment to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion Belonging We want you to be able to bring your best self to work every day, which is why we take equality and inclusion seriously and hold ourselves to account for our actions.
