ph3Overview /h3pTemporary / Casual Employee (Fixed Term) – Social Media Specialist (Seasonal) – based in Madrid, Spain. /ppWe are looking for a Social Media Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in community management and social media marketing to cover a maternity leave. The role executes Pluxee Spain’s social media presence across key platforms, delivering content, engagement, and performance aligned with our brand, campaigns, and digital growth ambitions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, plan, and execute social media content strategies (organic and paid). /liliManage and engage online communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. /liliCreate visual and video content for social media (proven experience with Canva and CapCut is required). /liliDevelop and maintain editorial calendars aligned with the brand strategy. /liliWrite engaging copy for a variety of formats, including corporate communications and executive thought leadership content. /liliMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign and content performance, including KPIs, engagement, conversions, and reach. /liliCollaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. /liliStay up to date with digital trends and propose innovative initiatives to improve audience engagement. /liliManage social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Metricool. /liliCoordinate design requirements and timelines with internal and external stakeholders. /liliOversee project timelines and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of all assets and campaigns.
