Join us and help build the financial backbone of a company shaping the future of aerospace. /p h3What You´ll Need /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internships in related areas (experience at accounting firms is a plus). /li liBasic knowledge of Spanish GAAP; familiarity with IFRS or US GAAP will be considered an advantage. /li liStrong skills in MS Office, especially Excel. /li liExperience with local ERPs (e.g., MS Dynamics) is a plus. /li liKnowledge of finance-related tools (e.g., Monday, Coupa, or similar) is beneficial. /li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment /li liAnalytical mindset, attention to detail,
and eagerness to learn. /li liGood communication skills in English (Minimum C1) and Spanish. /li liAbility to work in a multinational environment. /li /ul h3What You´ll Do /h3 ul liProcess incoming and outgoing invoices and record the associated bank transactions. /li liRespond to emails related to costs, invoices, and accounting, acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers. /li liCreate Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports. /li liSupport internal stakeholders, including project management and purchasing teams. /li liProcess intercompany transactions and assist with monthly reconciliations. /li liPrepare and submit VAT returns and support Intrastat filings in a timely manner. /li liAssist in the preparation and review of weekly and monthly management reports. /li liSupport the Finance team in performing monthly closing activities to enable the preparation of MT reports and other internal and external reporting. /li liContribute to financial audit preparations, both internal and external. /li liPerform recurring accounting tasks that ensure correct and timely reporting. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop your financial expertise.
