ph3Plant Project Engineer /h3 pLocation:br/• Czech Republic – Prague, Decin, Litvinovbr/• Poland – Warsaw, Wloclawek, Kedzierzyn Kozle, Siewierz, Wroclawbr/• Spain – Barcelona, Cornella /p pContract: Permanent.br/Experience: Project engineering within industrial, engineering, EPC, manufacturing, energy or process industries (preferred).br/Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the development and execution of industrial gas and plant projects across Central and Southern Europe. /li liAct as a key technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /li liSupport Project Managers in delivering larger capital projects. /li liLead smaller projects, taking ownership for scope, budget, schedule, safety and technical quality. /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives. /li liManage activities including engineering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and start‑up as required. /li liEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with Air Products standards, procedures and safety requirements. /li liMonitor project performance and provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders. /li liSupport proposal development, scope definition, resource planning and cost estimation activities. /li liIdentify and manage project risks, changes and opportunities throughout project execution.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. /li liExperience in project engineering or delivery within an industrial or technical environment. /li liBroad technical knowledge of engineering disciplines such as process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or controls engineering. /li liUnderstanding of project management principles and engineering work processes. /li liCommitment to safety leadership and safe construction practices. /li liAbility to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a structured manner. /li liStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers. /li liAbility to influence, negotiate and build consensus across diverse groups. /li liStrong organisational and planning skills. /li liCollaborative approach with willingness to share knowledge and support team success. /li liProfessional level English language skills (written and spoken). /li liWillingness to travel for site inspections, construction activities, commissioning and start‑up support across the region.
