As Engineering Manager for the Application Enablement team, you will lead a multi-platform engineering group responsible for the shared infrastructure underpinning Perk’s web, iOS, and Android platforms. You’ll shape technical direction, balance immediate delivery with long-term sustainability, and partner with product teams to deliver foundational capabilities. You’ll drive strategic initiatives such as synthetic monitoring, SDLC acceleration, and a contextual notifications platform, with a focus on engineering quality and cross-functional collaboration. This is a chance to impact how developers build and scale across surfaces while fostering a strong, high-performing team.

Responsabilidades
• 5–8 years managing software engineers
• Experience managing teams of 8–10 engineers
• Technical background in software engineering with hands-on IC experience
• People manager with ability to foster an effective work culture
• Experience xqbhyrx building processes and delegation for larger teams
• Strong problem finder and solver, technically and organizationally
• Experience conducting effective performance reviews aligned with business needs
• Pragmatic, simple, efficient, and high-performance mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
